Message from Commissioner Sharman!
I have been working hard, both as a District 4 resident and your commissioner, to improve the quality of life for District 4 and all of Winter Garden. I truly believe that Winter Garden is the best place to live, work, and play. If the residents in District 4 feel this way too, I would ask that they vote to keep Winter Garden going in the same direction.

Greater Representation and Government Participation

Created Ordinance 06-53
An ordinance which requires at least one member from each district to be on the Planning & Zoning Board. Before this ordinance Colin was the last person from District 4 to sit on the P&Z Board. With the ever increasing growth, this will play a vital role for District 4 with future development.

Created and formalized Development Review Committee (DRC)
This gives residents an opportunity to be heard and give their input before any development projects go before the Planning & Zoning Board.
